What we can treat
We treat patients with following trauma or problem on the upper-extremity.
- Fracture, Dislocation of Joint (except Shoulder), Ligament Injury,
- Laceration involving Skin, Tendon, Nerve, Muscle
- Arthrosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gaut
- Tendinitis, Tenosynovitis
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, Guyon Canal Syndrome
- Hand and Digital Deformity and Impairment after Trauma or Disease
- Local Infection
- Bone or Soft-tissue Tumor
- etc.
What we cannot treat
Since this is no-bed one-doctor clinic, we cannot treat emergency cases. The following cases that may need emergency operation, general anesthesia or in-hospital care are better to be seen in a hospital.
- Amputation of Finger or Limb
- Open Fracture
- Multiple Trauma
- Severe Infection
- Child who cannot tolerate Local Anesthesia
- Complicated Patients with Systemic Disease like Diabetes, Immuno-suppression
- etc.
