Consultation

Available in the afternoon of Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat. Consultation starts on 1:30 p.m.. Making appointment is recommended to minimize your waiting time. To make a reservation, please call 011-621-4263 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on work days.

Rehabilitation

Occupational therapy is available in the afternoon of Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat. New patient needs to be seen by the doctor and evaluated at first.
By the regulation, patients should have evaluation by the doctor every 2 weeks to continue the therapy. For repeaters, making reservation is recommended to minimize your waiting time. To make an appointment, please call 011-621-4263 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on work days.

Surgery

Surgeries are scheduled in the morning of Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat. A new patient should have consultation before scheduling surgery. The first operation starts on 9:00 AM. Since this is a single doctor clinic, we perform only scheduled surgeries under regional or local anesthesia. In-patient care is not available. For patients who prefers gereral anesthesia, a surgery under general anethesia can be set up in the Sapporo Masui Clinic (Odori Nishi 16-chome).

For foreigners who are not good at communicating in Japanese language, we are willing to book an appointment via an e-mail ( in English Only ).
